Note: Depending on the product, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. Such products and services must be clearly marked and comply with the conditions of Section 53, subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality in the same manner as allowed in a physical store.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that they handed over the goods to the carrier within this period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, refund all amounts received under the contract.

The online store may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until the buyer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to refund the delivery cost exceeding the standard delivery price.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and demand the return of goods from the buyer if the product price was significantly lower than the market price due to an error in the online store.

Right to File Complaints

The online store must disprove this presumption.

The buyer must notify the online store of any complaints no later than within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to tallinn@another-world.com or calling +372 5625 6302.

The online store is not liable for defects caused after the goods were handed over to the buyer.

f the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online store will refund the buyer for all fees incurred under the sales contract.

The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
